Because supplies of H1N1 vaccine are still limited, this clinic is designed to serve people in groups that are at higher risk for the H1N1 flu. The following people are eligible to be vaccinated at the clinic:
• Children and young people between the ages of 6 months and 24 years
• Pregnant women
• People between the ages of 25 to 64 with chronic health conditions (asthma, diabetes, high blood pressure, etc.)
• Caretakers of infants up to 6 months old
• Health care workers
• Children age 9 or under who had their first vaccine dose more than three weeks ago and now need the recommended second dose.
No appointment is necessary. Vaccinations are free, but please bring your insurance card if you have one. Children will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian who must sign a consent form. People who are currently sick will not be able to get the vaccination.
