Students are learning about African American heroes and she-roes who have made a difference for African people and humanity. They were given an assignment to write a five-stanza poem about Dr. King. Each stanza had to have at least four lines, and the poem had to have at least five real facts about the life and contributions of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
