Congressman Keith Ellison presents his forum on health care disparities in the African-American community

Congressman Ellison and a panel featuring State Representative Bobby Champion, local health care providers and community activists will discuss health issues in the African-American Community.
Participants will discuss higher rates of chronic illnesses in the African-American Community & how to reverse negative trends.


Identify areas where families can immediately improve health with nutrition, dental care & planning for old age.
