photo 1This summer, two days a week from June 17 –July 24, The JK Movement hosted its 2nd annual Speed, Agility, and Quickness (SAQ) training.

The event was free and open to student athletes in the metro area and was an opportunity for JK Movement student athletes to work out with a locally based program where they could have access on a regular basis. JK Movement youth also had a chance to improve their confidence and work on character building through SAQ.
