ACC received an award from Mayor Coleman recognizing successful work promoting the Emerging Market

The African Chamber of Commerce is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the economic development of African immigrants in Minnesota.

Said Martin Muhammad, “Our mission is to accelerate the development of African immigrant businesses, entrepreneurs, and families so that they may thrive within American economic and social systems. The ACC accomplishes it mission by providing tools, resources, and training that support a better understanding of American systems and the development of knowledge and skills that accelerate economic success.

Previously known as Immigrant Credit Education and Financial Counseling Agency, the organization was restructured in 2007 to a dynamic new nonprofit service model that combines the strengths of a chamber of commerce with direct community services.”
