December 22. 1928 - June 10, 2009
Doris departed from our lives on June 10, 2009. Proceeded in death by; her grandmother, Molly Stone Powell, parents Vanderbilt White, Weller Stone White, brothers, Van White, Hardy White, sister, Dolores White Runnels, and son, Brian Johnson. Survived by her six children; Donjia “Dohnny”, Adeyemi (Marlene), Dorris “Jahina”, Ernest III, Krisann and Weller, sister Weller White Chase, grand children, great-grand children, great-great grand children, a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Service was held last Friday, June 19 at St. James A.M.E. Church in St. Paul.
